Our Affordable Housing team operates a nationwide valuation and consultancy service to the affordable housing sector. We have extensive experience acting for Funders, Registered Social Landlords (RSLs), Local Authorities, and private landlords and developers.
Every year we value over 500,000 properties, totalling more than £20bn and are panel valuers for all the major funders which lend to the sector.
Our expertise as valuers covers the full range of housing and property types owned and developed by RSLs including social rented and shared ownership properties, sub-market tenancies, student accommodation, care homes, hostels and affordable housing land. We have a great deal of experience valuing large residential portfolios, including Large Stock Voluntary Transfers (LSVTs).
