The 2012 Jones Lang LaSalle residential market forecasts report, released this week, suggest that there will be no change in average UK property prices over the year 2012, although growth is expected to resume in 2013.
Greater London will see prices grow by 2% over the next year, in contrast to the 0% seen across the UK as a whole, according to Jones Lang LaSalle’s 2012 residential market forecasts.
