In the current climate the rental market is set to do very well. Rental demand is currently greater than ever due to a down turn in sales. As a consequence rental yields are also on the rise. Evidently buy-to-let is still a very good long term investment. However at this point it is in some instances challenging to get borrowing on buy-to-let purchases.
