Three Dragons Economic Appraisals

Situation
Acting for the developer, we provided economic viability assessments using the Three Dragons Economic Toolkit on two sites in Romford.

Objectives
Policy had recently change and via the Three Dragons Toolkit our aim was to demonstrate that a reduction in the Affordable housing obligation was justified.

Results
Secured a reduction in affordable housing from policy of 50 percent to 35 percent on each site. Generating an estimated increase in revenue to the developer of circa £1.3 million
